How We Eat is an ongoing personal project that studies the nature of American food culture by examining the places, production methods, and institutions with which we nourish ourselves.

This project has been featured on the Mamiya Website, and you can hear an interview with me where I discuss it on Inside Analog Photo.

This project is being photographed exclusively on B&W film, using a Leica rangefinder, a Mamiya rangefinder, and a 4x5 view camera.
